Each Randock piece is made with a considered approach to material and construction. Each purchase is protected by the Randock Guarantee.

Coverage

• Watch Straps — Guaranteed for 12 months against manufacturing defects
• Tools & Hardware — Guaranteed for 24 months
• Care Accessories — Covered against defects on arrival

Should any manufacturing fault arise within the stated period, we will repair or replace the item at no cost.

Exclusions

This guarantee does not cover natural wear, accidental damage, or misuse.
