Forged from marine-grade 316L stainless steel, each Classic Buckle undergoes precision machining and brushing to achieve a satin surface — refined, not reflective. The engraved RANDOCK signature is applied by laser to preserve definition and tone through years of wear. Edges are hand-beveled for ease of fit and comfort, reflecting Randock’s balance between precision engineering and quiet refinement.

Clean occasionally with a microfiber cloth to remove oils or residue. Avoid solvents and abrasive materials. For leather straps, allow the buckle to remain dry; for nylon or rubber pairings, a light rinse and dry cloth are sufficient.

Shipping

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 2 business days.

Complimentary tracked delivery within the United Kingdom via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2–3 business days). Expedited and signed services are available at checkout.

International orders are shipped securely with DHL Express Worldwide (2–6 business days). Tracking is provided once your order has been dispatched. Import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns

We hope every Randock piece meets your expectations. Should you wish to return an item, requests are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Items must remain unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping, and we recommend using a tracked and insured service. Once received and inspected, eligible refunds are issued to your original payment method.
