Rinse gently with clean water after exposure to seawater, sweat, or dust. Allow to air-dry naturally, away from direct heat or prolonged sunlight. For light marks, use a soft damp cloth; avoid detergents or harsh chemicals.

International orders are shipped securely with DHL Express Worldwide (2–6 business days). Tracking is provided once your order has been dispatched. Import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns

We hope every Randock piece meets your expectations. Should you wish to return an item, requests are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Items must remain unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping, and we recommend using a tracked and insured service. Once received and inspected, eligible refunds are issued to your original payment method.
